Dangote Refinery reduces petrol price to N970 per litre

Sunday Iduh with agency report

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) from ₦990 per litre to ₦970 per litre for marketers.

Vanguard reports that the announcement was made in a statement issued by the Chief Branding and Communications Officer of the company, Anthony Chiejina.

Chiejina, said as the year comes to an end, it is the organizations’ own way of appreciating the good people of Nigeria for their unwavering support in making the refinery a dream come true.

He equally thanked the government for their support, saying the price reduction will complement the measures put in place to encourage domestic enterprise for the collective well-being of the people.

The Chief Branding and Communications Officer gave assurances that the Refinery will not lower its standards

“While the refinery would not compromise on the quality of its petroleum products, we assure you of best quality products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable”

Chiejina pointed out that they are determined to keep ramping up production to meet and surpass domestic fuel consumption, dispelling any fear of a shortfall in the supply of PMS
