The General manager, Benue state Environmental Sanitation Authority (BenSESA) Mrs Nashima Daniel has announced that, the 11th monthly Environmental Sanitation exercise for Saturday (today), is to be observed low-key.
This was revealed in a press release signed by the Public Relations Officer, Mr Iorver Simon Friday night. The press release states that, the monthly exercise has coincided with the burial of the late elder statesman, Paul Unongo.
“The low-key performance of the monthly Sanitation Exercise is to allow visitors from all walks of life free movement into the state as they join His Excellency,The Executive Governor of Benue state, Rev.Fr. Dr. Hyacinth lormem Alia for the burial of one of his sons and elder statesman.”
“Mrs Daniel appealed to the general public to clean up their surroundings regardless, in order to give the state a better outlook since a lot of visitors will be received for the burial.”
She further extended her condolences to the Unongo family, Dzator Aka Tulaan, Kwande Local Government, the state Governor, Rev. Fr Hyacinth Alia and the entire people of Benue for losing an Icon, as she prays that God will repose his soul in eternity.
