Benue State Governor, Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia has approved the appointment of Gubernatorial Liaison Officers (GLOs) for the twenty three Local Government Areas of the state.
Those appointed include: Vandeikya – Joseph Ugo Yawe, Ushongo – Atetan Mvendaga, Katsina-Ala – Jerry Gwaza, Ukum – Jerome Ukor, Logo – Amb. Gbaya Jinawa, Kwande – Engr. Msughter Chigh, Konshisha – Philip Achua, Gboko – Hon. Andrew Akoso and Buruku – Cephas Agber.
Others are: Tarka – Hon. Roy Ashirga, Makurdi – James Dwem, Gwer West – Henry Agba, Gwer East – Comfort Agbo, Guma – Unongo Simon, Ado – Ugwuru Matthew, Ogbadibo – Udoh Austin, Okpokwu – Charles Ameh, Ohimini – Yusuf Hussaini, Otukpo – Hon. Agbo Uloko, APA – Emmanuel Yahaya Eigege, Agatu – Philip Otukpa and Obi – Peter Celestine Onuwa as well as Oju – Grace Ezekiel.
According to a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, their inauguration takes place by 12pm today, Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Old Banquet Hall of Government house.
