Governor Mohammed Bago of Nigeria State has decorated his newly promoted Aide-De-Camp, Maina Abdulkadir with the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).
The decoration ceremony was held on Thursday at the Council Chamber of Government House in Minna.
The governor who congratulated his ADC for the promotion, said it was a worthy elevation.
He enjoined him to see his promotion as a call for more dedication to service to the nation.
The newly promoted ADC, DSP Abdulkadir, in an interview with Journalists expressed gratitude to God for his elevation.
He said the new rank would motivate him for effective and efficient service to humanity.
DSP Abdulkadir who was hitherto an Assistant Superintendent of Police 1 (ASPI), holds a Bachelor of Science ( BSC) in Economics.
He has served in various State Commands including the Federal Capital Territory ( FCT) in different capacities including attachments, investigations and security details within the Nigeria Police Force.
The newly promoted governor’s aide has also attended several relevant trainings within and outside Nigeria to enhance his service in the Nigeria Police Force.
