The Benue State Government has condoled the family of Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Relations and Politics,
Hon. Mrs. Mary Yisa over her demise.
A statement issued on Sunday by the Secretary to the State Government, Dcns. Serumun Deborah Aber Esq, reads thus:
“On behalf of the Government and good people of Benue State, I extend our deepest condolences to the family of Hon. Mrs. Mary Yisa, Senior Special Assistant to His Excellency, the Governor of Benue State, whose passing has left us in deep sorrow.
“Hon. Mrs. Yisa was a dedicated public servant, a committed patriot, and a woman of rare courage who served our state with diligence, humility, and a heart for humanity. Her contribution to governance and development in Benue State will be remembered with gratitude.
“Her sudden departure is a painful loss not only to her immediate family, but also to the entire Benue State Government and the people whose lives she touched in remarkable ways.
“As we mourn this irreparable loss, we draw comfort from the fact that she lived a life of impact, service, and devotion to the common good.
“We pray that God in His infinite mercy will console her family, colleagues, and loved ones, and grant her soul eternal rest in His bosom.
“Adieu, Hon. Mrs. Mary Yisa. Your legacy of service lives on.”
